Shipping options
When placing an order, you have the option to choose standard shipping based on the items you’re purchasing and your location. Please note that local carriers may handle the final delivery of your order, which may affect the availability of tracking information throughout the entire delivery process.
Shipping address
It’s important to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and current. You can use a P.O. box for shipping, but keep in mind that some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. This includes large products, valuables, perishables, age-restricted items, or products shipped via private carriers. If the seller is unable to ship to P.O. boxes, they will indicate this in the product listing. Please note that items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.
Shipping time and cost
After a successful order placement and payment, you will receive an order confirmation message which will outline the estimated processing time for your order. On the order confirmation page, you will also be able to see the estimated delivery time and the cost of shipping. The warehouse may take up to three days to process the order, and you will receive a message once your order has been shipped. This message will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package, along with the tracking number. You can view the estimated delivery time under each package in your order history. Although the delivery time is usually within the estimated time, it may be affected by external factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions. To get the most up-to-date delivery date, refer to the tracking information.
Issues regarding delivery
If your package has not been delivered or if the tracking information shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.
